Box: Cardboard box has a very wide usage.

Cardboard boxes are used as packaging for many products, from dry food to cake, from ice cream to powder detergent, to toys, textiles and saddlery. Cardboard boxes are produced using cardboard of various thicknesses. As a result of technological developments in cardboard production, there are cardboards that offer great opportunities to the cardboard box manufacturer. There are ready-made cardboards that are resistant to moisture, easily foldable, suitable for food, produced without the use of bleach, laminated with PE, PP or PET film. The cardboards produced by using specially grown long fiber trees have a lower weight than conventional cardboards. Cardboard box is not produced as cardboard only. In places where the hardness, explosion, rupture, moisture and water barrier values of the cardboard alone are not sufficient, that is, the cardboards used in the production of cardboard packaging according to the characteristics of the product to be placed are subjected to some special processes. It can be supplemented with another inner packaging, the cardboard used is impregnated, or laminated. The usage areas of cardboard boxes, which are produced by the use of cardboard together with other packaging materials, expand further. Combination cardboard boxes are also used for packaging a fatty food product and a frozen seafood product. Before starting the production of the cardboard box, the structure of the box is designed. As a result of the structural design, a horizontal configuration called a blank is obtained. This outline is cut, creased and folded to form a box. It is important that the drafts are placed on the cardboard plate with as little waste as possible.
