Heat Transfer Label: The transfer label has been developed for use where other label types are not suitable for use. For example, in cases where other labels cannot be sewn on products where thin fabrics are used, or in situations that cause discomfort to the body such as underwear, information such as brand, height, size, fabric mix, washing instructions, manufacturer and country can be transferred directly onto the fabric by using a transfer label.
Production Technique: By using different printing techniques, especially with wash-resistant dyes, the desired pattern or text is printed on the paper or film material, by adding some special chemicals, and then it is transferred to the fabric with hot presses. After the pressing process, the paper or film material used as a carrier is removed and the image remains on the fabric. In order to do this, the fabric of the product must be resistant to hot pressure.
